Sudipta Sharma is a youth leader, policy advocate, and democratic engagement strategist committed to building a progressive and inclusive Bangladesh. From the early stages of his public service journey, he has actively contributed to research-driven dialogue, youth empowerment initiatives, and policy-based engagement across the country.
As a central organizer associated with the Centre for Research and Information (CRI), Sudipta has played a pivotal role in designing and executing programs focused on youth participation, political reform, and transparent governance. His work bridges grassroots activism with strategic policy communication, ensuring that young voices are represented in national conversations.
In addition to his policy engagement, Sudipta has served as Assistant Secretary of the Bangladesh Chhatra League (Central Executive Committee), where he contributed to nationwide outreach programs and youth mobilization efforts. He has been actively involved in countering extremism through research dissemination and constructive dialogue initiatives.

In 2012, Sudipta Sharma began his political journey as a General Member of Feni Zila Student League. From the very beginning, he has been passionate about youth leadership, organizational development, and building a better future for Bangladesh.
Over the years, Sudipta has taken on key leadership roles in the Dhanmondi Thana Student League, the Dhaka South Student League, and the Central Student League Committee. His dedication has made him a trusted figure among students and young leaders across the country.
